Polyurethane adhesive for auto windscreen direct glazing. Direct glazing applied cold adhesive.The black coloured one component applied cold polyurethane adhesive is designed for the direct-glazing of automotive glasses. The product enables a 30 minute safe drive away once applied for customer convenience. DINITROL 9100 provides good adhesion on paints with excellent working characteristics. The fast curing, low conductive, high elasticity, solvent and PVC free adhesive works on all vehicles whilst in ambient temperatures from -18 deg C to 45 deg C. Bullet Point 3 Method of use: The application of DINITROL 9100 requires power caulking gun or 26:1 thrust ratio to properly dispense. The use of this product is suitable only for experienced users. Pre-tests are recommended for special applications.
Bullet Point 2 Directions: This urethane requires DINITROL 538 PLUS Primer. All bonding areas must be clean, dry, and free from contaminants. The glass must be pretreated with either the 538 Plus primer or Activator Plus.
