Polyurethane adhesive for auto windscreen direct glazing. Direct glazing applied cold adhesive.The black colored one component applied cold polyurethane adhesive is designed for the direct-glazing of automotive glasses.
The product enables a 45min-1hr safe drive away once applied for customer convenience. DINITROL 9100 provides good adhesion on paints with excellent working characteristics. The fast curing, low conductive, high elasticity, OEM approved, and cold applied adhesive works on all vehicles whilst in ambient temperatures from -18 deg C to 45 deg C. Storage in closed packaging between 0 and 35 C.

Bullet Point 3 Method of use: The application of DINITROL 9000 requires a power caulking gun or 26:1 thrust ratio to properly dispense the product. The use of this product is suitable only for experienced users. Pre-tests are recommended for special applications.
Bullet Point 2 Directions: This urethane requires the use of DINITROL 538 PLUS Primer. All bonding areas must be clean, dry and free from all contaminates. The glass must be pretreated with either the one-step-primer 538 plus, or with the Activator Plus.
